My name is Vaibhav Gupta. I was born in January 1982 in Bhopal City, the Heart of Madhya Pradesh. I grew up watching my parents struggle and manage all situations. My mother always took care of all my family and even gave her best services to the guests. My father took responsibility for everyone and never told us about their problems.
When you see your parents work for the wellness of everyone and never show low, this is their amazingness, which I learned from them. My father was an Agent in the Life Insurance Corporation Of India, he worked very hard all the time. When I was growing up I often helped my father in his business and did many tasks. This may be the start of my business growth which I realize now.
I complete my all studies till the 12th class. Then I did engineering in Mechanical Branch. In 2001 I took admission in RKDF College affiliated to RGPV University Bhopal in Mechanical Engineering. After Engineering in the Year 2007, I did an MBA in Marketing & HR from Vaishnav Institute of Management Indore. During my MBA I did many training programs where I learned the beautiful art of Marketing . This was my learning period and a turning point in my life.
I got selected by ICICI, Life Insurance Company in 2007 by college campus and recruitment for the post of Unit Manager in Bhopal. Then I promoted to Associate Business Manager in 2013 with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Bhopal. I have 17 years of total experience in Marketing and Finance. In December 2013 I worked with HDFC Life Insurance as an Associate Circle Head at Hoshangabad. In April 2014 I worked with Max Life Insurance in Nashik as a Partner (Band 3). Then in June 2017, I associated with Kotak Life Insurance Co.Limited as Divisional Manager (AVP Grade L7)at Jabalpur. Currently, I am associated with Max Life Insurance Company Again. This is all about my success graph, but one thing that is very important in my success graph is that I took every promotion of the company within the given targeted time, which made me a more successful and happiest person. I am thankful to God and my all colleagues who support me and follow me to achieve their targets. I believe in Team Work and healthy happy friendly team work which is the key to success within me. I appreciate my team. Love you all.
